It is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating injection molding machine mold design and manufacturing, customized injection molding and blow molding of plastic products, production and wholesale of hollow packaging containers (plastic buckets, plastic kettles, plastic bottles, plastic cans, etc.), customized production and wholesale of eps foam boxes and foam packaging products, and OEM manufacturing of small household appliances.The company has built a 30,000-square-meter standardized factory building and is equipped with highly automated manufacturing equipment and production lines.As of October 2023, the injection molding workshop has more than 60 injection molding machines, and manipulators are used to achieve automated operations.The assembly workshop has 7 highly automated assembly, hot stamping and printing production lines, 12 hot stamping machines, 8 screen printing machines, 3 ultrasonic welding machines, and 3 laser engraving machines. There is 1 mold design and processing center, equipped with CNC milling machines, wire cutting machines, electric spark machines, engraving machines, grinding machines, lathes, drilling machines and other equipment.A 2,000-square-meter QS workshop has been built, with a standardized microbiological laboratory equipped with constant temperature and humidity incubators, steam sterilizers, ultrasonic thickness gauges and other equipment; the blow molding workshop has 4 hollow molding machines (blow molding), 8 bottle blowing machines (sets), and 4 preform machines. An automated production line for product conveying, leak detection, and packaging has been built.The EPS foam production workshop has more than 20 sets of automated foam product production equipment (molding machines, pre-expanding machines), equipped with an automated drying line and drying room, and a foam product storage center.
